Exchange for another size or make

For regular sizes, request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. The mattress must remain in the condition supplied, with its nylon wrapping intact. You pay the collection and replacement-delivery transport costs. If the replacement costs less, we refund the price difference.

Special and uncommon sizes

Common mattress footprints are 75 × 54, 75 × 72 and 75 × 84 inches. Other footprints are uncommon. Special sizes are those absent from the manufacturer’s price list. Both special and uncommon size orders cannot be cancelled once placed and are excluded from the 48-hour size or make exchange policy. Payment on delivery is not available for these items. Manufacturer warranty claims for defects remain separate.

Cancelling a regular-size order

You may cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, orders worth ₦100,000 or more attract a fixed ₦100,000 cancellation charge, including delivery and return transport. Orders below ₦100,000 cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Defects and manufacturer warranty

Report a collapsed, sagging or defective mattress to FoamDeal. We coordinate the claim with the manufacturer. Coverage and the outcome depend on the warranty for your model and the manufacturer’s assessment.

You pay the transport costs for collecting the defective mattress and delivering the replacement. Warranty duration varies by product.
